Funny Fuzzy, an online retailer claiming to sell millions of pounds worth of pet products, was wound up in the public interest following an investigation by the Insolvency Service.
The company, registered as Funnyfuzzy Tech UK Co. Ltd, sold pet beds, clothing, toys, carriers, and feeders through its website.
Mark George, chief investigator at the Insolvency Service, said: “Those behind this company would appear to be doing all they can to ignore UK company laws to make significant amounts of money with seemingly no care for their customers.”
The company was formally closed by the High Court on September 22.
