Ewe Felty Thing Ltd stopped trading on August 31 and officially went into liquidation on September 22. Its assets, including the business name, website, mailing list and social media profiles, were bought by a new company the following day.
The Ewe Felty Thing shop is expected to reopen on Castle Street in Conwy on October 1, although the owner said this could be delayed by a day or two.
The business will continue under its existing name, with changes to how it is run.
Ewe Felty Thing opened at the old NatWest bank at 24 Castle Street in December 2023, after the building had stood empty for six years.
