Warrington Plastics Ltd, a plastic fabrication company based in Orford, has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation following a resolution passed by members.
The business was wound up voluntarily at a general meeting on September 23.

Members and creditors appointed Dylan Quail, of Chorley-based Money Managers (UK) Ltd trading as Business Guardian, as liquidator on the same date.
