Stone Cutter Developments Limited, which has its registered office at Clouds Fern, Park Lane in Queensbury, is being liquidated following a declaration of solvency by its directors.
It is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
Resolutions to wind up the company were passed on September 29, 2026.
Steven George Hodgson and Christopher Wood, of Clough Corporate Solutions Limited, based at 11 Park Square East, in Leeds, have been appointed as joint liquidators.
Creditors of the company are required to prove their debts by October 23, 2026, by delivering their proofs to the joint liquidators.
