The company’s registered office is listed as Aston Road North, Birmingham, while its principal trading address is given as Lancaster Road, Carnforth, LA5 9EA.

Documents lodged with Companies House state that a meeting of the company resolved that it could not continue its business because of its liabilities and that it was “advisable to wind up the same accordingly”.
