FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A jury trial begins Tuesday in federal bankruptcy court over nearly $900,000 in loans at the center of the ongoing EPIC Companies Midwest bankruptcy case.
The trial, before Judge Peter Welte, is on the court’s calendar through Thursday. It stems from a civil complaint filed by EPIC Companies Midwest, LLC and EOLA Capital, LLC against HI West Acres, LLC, formerly known as EPIC Hospitality, LLC.
