Beacon Consultancy Limited, which was registered at Trigg House, Warren Drive, Prestatyn, passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up at a general meeting held on September 14.
According to notices published in The Gazette, members of the company agreed that the business should be wound up voluntarily.
Jeffrey Mark Brenner, of Antony Batty & Company Ltd, was appointed liquidator.
Beacon Consultancy was incorporated in May 2021 and operated in management consultancy activities other than financial management.
According to Companies House, the business owed more than £78,000 to six creditors.
