It held a poor Trustpilot rating of 1.3 out of 5 (from 162 reviews), with customers criticising “extremely poor” service and undelivered items.

After 12 years in business, Furniture Stop has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation and closed.
A winding-up notice was approved on October 6, with Nicola Meadows and Mark Newton of AABRS Limited appointed joint liquidators, according to The Gazette.
As a result, the company’s website has been shut down completely and is no longer accessible.
