Visible Projects Limited, whose registered office is at Romney, Marford Hill, Marford, has entered creditors’ liquidation.
A notice published in The Gazette states that Steve Muncaster and Daniel Ormerod, both of insolvency firm Leonard Curtis, were appointed as liquidators on September 30.
The appointment was made by members and creditors, according to the notice, which describes the nature of the business as management consultancy.
Companies House records show Visible Projects Limited was incorporated on January 20, 2016, and its current status is listed as ‘liquidation’.
