Golden Spoon World Ltd, which trades as Dhamroo on London Road in Headington, has issued a notice in The Gazette announcing a creditors’ meeting on November 12.
The meeting is part of the Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation process, which is used when a company is struggling financially and may be wound up.
The notice was issued by director Ma Adnan Khan and names insolvency practitioner Simon Renshaw, of IQ Insolvency Limited, as the insolvency specialist involved in the case.
Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must submit proof of their debt by 4pm on the business day before the meeting.
