The 56-year-old rose to fame for his work with Oxfordshire farmer Jeremy Clarkson and James May on Top Gear and the Grand Tour.
In 2008, he founded Hamster’s Wheel Productions with his then wife Mindy Hammond.
However, Mr Hammond and his wife announced they were ending their marriage in 2025.
According to reports, Mr Hammond initially moved out of the family’s home near Ross-on-Wye after the split and spent time living in rented accommodation before beginning a new chapter of his life in Wales.
When announcing their divorce, the pair stressed they would remain a family.
