Wesfarmers-backed Priceline Pharmacy is poised to lose a handful of its most profitable locations to rival Chemist Warehouse after the failure of its biggest franchisee partner, Infinity Pharmacy.
Three sources familiar with the Infinity business and the sale process for 91 stores that were placed on the market last year, but who were not permitted to speak publicly, said Wesfarmers was set to lose the leases on three of its most prized Priceline locations in Brisbane.
