The Gorbals Drinks Co Limited passed a resolution to be wound up last month.
An official listing states: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

It also agreed that Ian Wright and Brian Milne, of Quantuma Advisory, should be appointed liquidators.
Now, the appointment of Mr Wright and Mr Milne has been documented.
