NWI Logistics Limited, based at a storage facility in Steventon near Abingdon, was incorporated in October 2005 and operates in warehousing and storage for land transport.
Members agreed to voluntarily wind up the business at a meeting on October 8, according to documents filed with Companies House.
Filings indicate the company was solvent rather than collapsing under substantial debts, with estimated assets of £257,498 and just £420 owed to unsecured creditors.
After £3,500 in winding-up costs, £253,578 was expected to remain for members.
Directors believe the company could pay its debts in full, with interest, within 12 months.
