The South Cumbria sites – all managed by St David Aparthotels but under separate business names – have been placed on the market by Colliers under the instruction of administrators at FRP Advisory.
An asking price of £1.5m for the properties – which total 45 bedrooms – has been listed on Rightmove.
The aparthotel venues include Old Lyric Hall on Clifford Street; The Terrace on Church Street; The Old Brewery on Cavendish Street; and Parade House on Duke Street.
Two of the venues only opened for business in 2026.
St David Aparthotels, the Chester-based management company responsible for the sites, is not entering administration and continues to trade.
