Eco-friendly food distributor Chrocmaeul has completed its corporate rehabilitation process and emerged from court management. It has been about 1 year and 4 months since it entered rehabilitation in July last year together with Jeongyukgak. While Jeongyukgak failed to secure an acquirer and was declared bankrupt last month, Chrocmaeul succeeded in rehabilitation as creditors, including suppliers and franchise owners, directly moved to acquire the company.
