Displaypro Limited appointed liquidators in September, owing £595,000 in VAT to HMRC and almost £240,000 to 37 trade creditors, according to Companies House filings.

But the signage, printing and display firm, based on Main Cross Road, Great Yarmouth, continues to operate under a new company, Create Bespoke Ltd, which is ultimately controlled by the same director, Christopher Bowles.
According to its statement of affairs as at September 8, published on October 2, Displaypro Limited had no assets available to preferential creditors following the company’s voluntary liquidation.
