As administrators seek a financial lifeline for collapsed construction firm Bathla, a specialist debt recovery firm is vying to represent scores of Sydney businesses as unsecured creditors.
A week after Bathla and a suite of related companies entered voluntary administration, leaving the fate of thousands of half-built homes in the balance, Corporate Recovery Partners is urging potential creditors to step forward.
