Pantechnicon (London) Limited’s creditor schedule shows debts of more than £9m, with the company’s restaurants and bars having closed in July ostensibly for refurbishment.
The complex is home to Japanese restaurant Sachi, Provençal restaurant Amélie and late-night lounge Luum.
Companies House records confirm that Jack Callow and Anthony Davidson of Opus Restructuring have been appointed joint liquidators.
The creditor schedule includes numerous food, wine and hospitality suppliers, as well as Westminster City Council, HMRC, SevenRooms and several Sunset Hospitality-related companies. Around 40 employees are also listed as creditors.
