Six UK travel firms have ceased trading in 2026 so far and have now cancelled all bookings.

When holiday businesses do collapse, bookings are cancelled and holidaymakers lose their trip and their money, unless their firm was covered by ATOL protection.
Groupia Ltd, which used to create group trips in the UK and Europe for stag and hen dos, weekend adventure days and spa days has plunged into administration.
According to its website, it entered administration on June 16.
