Doric Pub Company Limited has confirmed the closure of its Kittybrewster Bar and the Brig O’Dee Bar in the Granite City, as first reported by The Herald.
The firm closed its two pubs after deciding to be wound up voluntarily, with Michael Reid, of MHA, appointed as the liquidator.
According to recent documentation lodged with Companies House, bosses at the business agreed to a resolution that the “company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is appropriate to wind up the company and accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily”.
