An award-winning family-run Scottish restaurant has undergone a restructuring,
The move comes amid “rising costs in energy and rates” and has saved jobs in the historic Fife city.
The directors of the Canmore House Bar and Restaurant in Dunfermline have retained business as usual but the firm went through a liquidation process.
The operator’s name has been changed from Northbank Inns Limited to Finlayson Restaurants Limited.
Tracey Finlayson, co-owner, said in the Dunfermline Press, there was a “restructuring (of) the company due to astronomical rising costs”, adding: “We are proud to be a small family-run business that employs 16 members of staff who have been with us for many years.”
A notice has now been lodged as public…
