The company called 50 MC was placed into liquidation by the owner of Civerinos pizza restaurant group.
The liquidated firm was described as an events venture set up three years ago by founder Michele Civiera, who has restaurants in Glasgow and the Scottish capital.

He said there is no outstanding supplier debt and staff were redeployed.
Mr Civiera told The Herald: “This is part of a wider housekeeping and professionalisation process across the business.
