ADS Electrical Services of Shire Bridge Business Park, York Road, Easingwold, entered liquidation on July 28.
The company, which was incorporated in 2018, appointed GS Insolvency and Restructuring Ltd as liquidator.
A report, known as a statement of affairs posted on the Companies House website, says the business had estimated total assets available for distribution of £90,952.

However, the report said the business had preferred creditors- those who are paid first- who were owed £10,886 in wages/holiday pay.
HMRC was a secondary preferential creditor- those who are paid next- which was owed £3,262 in VAT and £15,532 PAYE and National Insurance.
