The bankruptcy case for Global One Media, the operator of seven stations in Nevada and New Mexico, has shifted fully into liquidation mode two years after the Rich Hudson-led company first sought court protection. Bankruptcy Judge Michael Nakagawa has approved the proposed $550,000 sale of the company’s assets to William Hudson’s Aegis Media Holdings. Trustee Brian Shapiro told the court that the sale to Aegis represented the highest and best offer, and the deal is in the best interest of the creditors.
