Several Aerison Group entities have been placed in administration, about three years after the current owners acquired the Perth contractor.
Bob Jacobs and Andrew Smith, from Auxilium Partners, were appointed as joint and several voluntary administrators of three entities in the Aerison group of companies on Thursday.
The three entities are Aerison EPC, Aerison Pty Ltd, and Aerison Services, and are all under Aerison Holdings Pty Limited.
In a statement released on Friday, the company said the administrators’ appointment supported a restructure led by Aerison’s executive management team, headed by director Dylan Wadia.
MPH Lawyers is acting for the directors in the restructuring process.
