The risk to Albion Farm Shop has been revealed in a notice published in The London Gazette, which publishes statutory notices on behalf of the government.
The notice was published by Hirst Family Trading Ltd, which is the parent company of Albion Farm Shop.
The Delph farm shop is a popular spot, and is rated 4.4 stars from more than 1,900 reviews, with the Oldham Road business described as ‘absolutely lovely’.
Laura Hirst, the daughter of David and Annette Hirst, who run Hirst Family Trading, has confirmed the farm shop and cafe have been passed to her.
It will now come under her own company, LJ Albion & Sons Ltd.
