Five people were made redundant when the Dundee-based company ceased trading, liquidators said.
REM Couriers Limited presented a petition to Dundee Sheriff Court in a bid to wind up the company and appoint interim liquidators.
James Stephen and Simon Girling, of BDO, were appointed joint liquidators.

Companies House documentation showed that in its most recent accounts, from 2023, average number of employees during the year was seven, set against eight the year before.
The accounts showed shareholders funds of £4,286, which compares to a shareholder deficit of £9,644.
