TC BioPharm was the only Scottish life sciences company on the US Nasdaq exchange when it launched there in 2022 but was delisted last year.
Administrators were announced in October and now, after a buyer could not be found, liquidators have been appointed.
All 14 staff were made redundant.

Michael Magnay and Rob Croxen of Alvarez and Marsal were appointed joint administrators of TC BioPharm Limited last year and Mr Magnay and Ben Cairns appointed joint liquidators.
