MHA was appointed liquidator, and the company’s assets have been sold.
MHA said that the company was impacted by the “prolonged downturn” in the energy industry in Scotland.
Michael Reid, at MHA, who was appointed liquidator, said: “This is a difficult situation for everyone involved.
