Having waited in vain for a decade to get possession of their properties, plot owners have been left in the lurch by Ansal API’s bankruptcy application in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
Sharing his ordeal, an affected investor, Gagan Tandon, said he purchased a plot in 2011 in Sector P and paid 50% of the booking amount.
