Arena REIT has provided a formal update following the appointment of voluntary administrators to Edge Early Learning, confirming rent arrangements across 27 properties and outlining plans for four other sites previously leased to the provider.
The ASX-listed property group issued the update on 3 September 2026 after Edge’s administrators commenced an urgent expressions of interest process seeking parties interested in acquiring all or part of the early learning business.
The sale process represents an important next step in determining the future ownership and structure of Edge, which entered voluntary administration on 25 August 2026.
