Arham & Punam Limited, based in West Molesey and trading in unlicensed restaurants, cafes, and real estate, is facing legal action brought by Ecotricity Limited, based in Stroud, under the Insolvency Act 1986.
According to the London Gazette the petition, presented on September 9, 2026, states that Arham & Punam, registered at 185 Fleetside, with Ecotricity Limited claiming to be a Creditor of the Company.
Arham & Punam is also involved in the letting and operation of owned or leased real estate.
The petition will be heard at 10.30am on Wednesday, November 4 at the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts.
