The liabilities of Arthur and Terry Tzaneros’ ACFS Port Logistics have blown out to almost half a billion dollars as the family struggles to regain control of the company.
The family, which says the figure is “misleading”, is also facing an audit of their other companies by the Australian Taxation Office.
