A solution has now been found for Betz International GmbH. Insolvency administrator Dirk Poff said Aventra will acquire the company as part of the ongoing insolvency proceedings. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
According to Poff, day-to-day operations will continue and the vast majority of jobs are expected to be retained. Betz International is set to keep serving customers in the automotive sector, precision manufacturing and logistics.
Only limited information has been made public about Aventra so far. The company describes itself as a road freight transport service provider. No further details are available on Aventra’s size or its plans for Betz International.
