Sydney Distilling Co, the boutique rum maker trading as Brix Distillers, has entered voluntary administration.
RSM Australia has been appointed as the administrator to Australia’s first craft rum distillery. It said that all available options are being explored, including the sale of the business’s assets through a deed of company arrangement.
The business, founded in 2017, operated a bar in Surry Hills.
