Bathla co-founder Bhart Bhushan kept a series of companies owned by the collapsed developer out of administration – some of which have been attempting to sell off properties.
Teneo, the administrators of Bathla, rushed to court on Thursday to gain control over a range of Bathla entities it had not been appointed to and which could realise some sort of return for creditors.
