The Owl Distillery in Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher, Belgium, and all of its assets have been put up for auction following the company’s liquidation.
Founded in 2004 by master distiller Etienne Bouillon, The Owl Distillery is home to Belgian Owl single malt whisky, which is made using traditional methods and locally sourced barley.
The distillery houses the original copper pot stills from the now-closed Caperdonich Distillery, established in 1898 in Speyside, Scotland.
