A dodgy company took bookings from hopeful wedding couples even after it had gone bust, leaving some people thousands of pounds out of pocket. ‘The Best Singing Waiters’ firm was run by Frederick Reeves, 49, and Claire Reeves, 41, who have now been banned as company directors by the Insolvency Service government agency.
