The Supreme Court of Victoria has ordered the liquidation of Bardee, a deep tech start-up backed by Australias largest venture capital fund, Blackbird Ventures.
A Melbourne storage company, backed by the Victorian State Revenue Office, last week petitioned the court to wind up Bardees registered company, Beyond AG, to recoup unpaid bills, and the court sided with the creditors after Beyond AG failed to turn up to the video hearing.
