DSF Bearings and Power Transmissions Limited, which traded from Whalley New Road, passed a special resolution to wind up the company on October 7.
The same resolution appointed Daniel Richardson and Edward Avery-Gee, of CG&Co, as joint liquidators.
Founded in 2014, the company supplied bearings, chain products, hydraulic components and power transmission equipment to industrial customers across Lancashire and beyond.
Through its website, the firm described itself as a leading local supplier of bearings, maintenance, repair and overhaul products, serving a diverse range of industries.
