New Delhi: Krafton-backed Bobble AI entered the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) after the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted an insolvency petition against its parent company, Talent Unlimited Online Services, according to news reports.
The NCLT’s New Delhi bench passed the order on June 12 on a petition filed by Axis Trustee Services, which acted as debenture trustee for a group of investors.
The tribunal appointed Manish Agarwal as Interim Resolution Professional and imposed a moratorium, temporarily restricting legal proceedings, recovery actions and disposal of assets against the company during the insolvency process.
