The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has initiated the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Talent Unlimited Online Services, the parent entity of AI-powered conversational platform Bobble AI. The New Delhi bench of the tribunal passed the order on June 12 following an insolvency petition filed by Axis Trustee Services, acting on behalf of debenture investors over unpaid financial obligations.
