But that figure is still well short of the £150m the authority needs to make through asset sales to help stave off bankruptcy.
Properties that have been sold include a former village hall, an outdoor activity centre, a petrol filling station, car parks and a former recycling centre.
Early last year Bradford Council was granted “exceptional financial support” by Government to prevent the authority from effectively being declared bankrupt.
The support would allow the Council to borrow money to balance its books. It also allowed the Authority use money from the sale of assets to fund day to day services like social care and bin collections.
