Brewster Hjorth Pty Limited, the corporate trustee behind Sydney architectural practice Brewster Hjorth Architects, has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
The company resolved to wind up on 1st September 2026 – 25 days after the North Sydney Olympic Pool reopened – with Anthony Elkerton and Jessica Perri of Salea Advisory appointed as liquidators. The appointment was published by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission the following day.
Brewster Hjorth Pty Limited is trustee of the Brewster Hjorth Unit Trust, through which the Brewster Hjorth Architects business name is held. The insolvency notice applies to the trustee company and does not explain whether the architectural practice will continue…
