Breyer Holdings, the parent company of collapsed contractor Breyer Group, has entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
Dominik Thiel-Czerwinke and Jamie Taylor of BTG were appointed joint liquidators on 3 August by the company’s members and creditors, according to an official notice.
Essex-based Breyer Holdings Ltd was the parent of Breyer Group plc, which entered administration in April 2025 after encountering financial difficulties and cashflow constraints.
Breyer Group subsequently ceased operating, with its roofing business and a repairs contract sold to Cardo for £1.95m.
