Louis Kidd created cold-calling tech that made 330,000 nuisance phone calls a day.

He calls himself “moosey_man” on dating websites and describes himself as a “hopeless romantic”, who enjoys playing the guitar and the occasional game of tennis.

Louis Kidd, a 27-year-old who still lives at home with his mother, may seem harmless enough.

But Kidd is anything but. He is in fact Britain’s biggest phone pest.

The company he founded, called Prodial Ltd, last week received the heaviest fine ever handed down to a company making nuisance calls.
