The brother of former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes has been banned from becoming a company director, report the Daily Record.
Agent , 49, was disqualified for five years after investigators found he withdrew cash from his football tours company to avoid paying tax.
The ban follows an Insolvency Service probe into Glasgow -based Professional Pre Season Tours Ltd.
The company, founded in 2006 but who ceased trading in 2014, ran trips for clubs including Aberdeen, Celtic, Hibs, Everton and Liverpool.
An investigation found that Moyes, of Glasgow, transferred more than £300,000 from the company to
himself as a bonus payment shortly before they stopped trading.
