The 7th Meeting of the COC was held on Wednesday, the 10th day of April, 2019 at the premises of State Bank of India, Stressed Assets Management Branch, TSRTC Bus Complex, Kachiguda, Hyderabad – 500 027.

The following were put for electronic voting and
were duly passed:
To extend the last date of submission of Resolution Plans by Prospective Resolution Applicants
To apply to Honble NCLT, Hyderabad to extend the period of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process by 90 days.

As intimated earlier, the 5th Meeting of the COC was held on Tuesday, the 5th day of March, 2019 at 304, 3rd Floor, Trendeset Towers, Road No.2, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad – 500 034.
Among other items inter-alia discussed at the meeting, the following were put for electronic voting and were duly passed:
1. Approved Evaluation Matrix and the broad parameters of Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP) / Process Document
2. Authorized the Resolution Professional to call the meetings of Committee of Creditors (CoC) at a short notice of not less than 48 hours as permitted by Regulation 19 (2) of CIRP Regulations, 2016.

The Committee through e-voting held on February 12, 2019 approved to issue fresh invitation for expression of interest from interested, prospective resolution applicants as per the provisions mentioned under The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The RP was authorised to keep the invitation open from February 13, 2019 to February 28, 2019
