A Darlington-headquartered restructuring and insolvency practice is expanding with a new operation in the North-West.
Business Rescue Expert’s expansion is being spearheaded by Kevin Pinkerton, who has joined from law firm Freeths, where he was the national head of restructuring and insolvency, heading a team across seven offices.
Kevin has joined Business Rescue Expert as managing director after 23 years as a lawyer specialising in restructuring and insolvency, during which time he also qualified as a licensed insolvency practitioner.
Business Rescue Expert, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has its headquarters in Darlington and operates nationwide.
